Shilpa’s wedding dress copied from Aishwarya!

There is a belief that Bollywood actresses make sure not to dress similar to their counterparts. But Shilpa Shetty did it just the other way while tying the knot with Raj Kundra. Believe it or not Shilpa’s wedding attire was an inch by inch copy of Aishwarya Bachchan’s wedding dress two years ago. What’s more surprising is that Shilpa did not even spare Aishwarya’s jewellery and took inspiration from there as well.

Shilpa Shetty looked stunning in a red designer lehenga-saree but a close look at her reminded us of Aishwarya two years ago. Like Aishwarya who had sported a Kundan to go with her golden sareer on her D-Day, Shilpa too wore a Kundan with her red saree. Even her hair was done taking inspiration from Aishwarya Bachchan. Seems like Miss Worlds can any day inspire the Big Brother winners to take a cue from them.

With NBC and GE stock both struggling, an invite for Immelt might be a much-needed vote of confidence,” it said.

Aishwarya upset over claim that she demanded exhorbitant fee

According to a statement issued by her publicist, they found it alarming and rather sad that a channel by issuing such a statement is trying to ride on the popularity of Aishwarya to get publicity for their reality show. The statement further comments that Bachchan, who is known to be a true professional, had to refuse the show on account of her commitment to films. She is currently busy with a gruelling schedule of Guzaarish, while Endhiran (Ro- bot), Action Replay and Ravaan are all near completion thus the subject of monies and costing never did arise as discussions did not go beyond schedules and dates.

The statement closes with “This is not the first reality show that Aishwarya has been approached for. Various proposals have come along but her schedules thus far have not allowed her to even consider the same. We would again like to reiterate that it was wrong and unfair for the channel to proclaim that Aishwarya Rai Bach- chan was too expensive and, therefore, they had to go with another host when the discussions did not even go beyond discussing dates”.
